  1. Where is the Nairobi Laugh Bar located? Our venue is located inside the Levels Hotel Complex on King'ara Road, Lavington, Nairobi, Kenya, offering a central and accessible spot for all comedy lovers.
  2. How do I purchase tickets? Tickets can be purchased through the events page on our website or via the link in our Instagram bio. We recommend booking early, as popular shows may sell out quickly. We also reserve 10 spots for last-minute ticket purchases at the door.
  3. What is your refund and ticket transfer policy? All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations except when a show is canceled. If the show you bought tickets for is canceled, you will be offered a refund or a ticket exchange. If you are unable to attend a show, you may transfer your ticket to another date within one month of the original show date. Each ticket is eligible for one transfer only.
  4. What happens if I miss a show? If you notify us in advance, we can transfer your ticket to another date within the month. Unfortunately, no-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
  5. Do you offer food and drinks at the venue? Yes, we offer a variety of food and drinks from the Levels Hotel menu to enhance your experience.
  6. How long are shows? Most of our shows run between 90-120 minutes, though some may vary depending on the performers and lineup.

  8. When should I arrive? We recommend arriving no later than 30 minutes before showtime. Late arrivals are not guaranteed seats and are not entitled to a refund.
  9. When are your open mic nights? Open mic nights are held every Wednesday and Thursday, unless a special show is scheduled. Stay updated by checking our website or following us on Instagram.
  10. Do you offer workshops for comedians? Yes, we host workshops every Monday till March to help comedians refine their skills and enhance their performance techniques. These sessions are open to all levels of experience. The workshops are scheduled periodically and will be communicated on all our social media pages.
  11. Are your shows family-friendly? Some of our shows are family-friendly, while others may feature adult humor. Check the event details on our website or contact us for further clarification on show classification.

  1. Can I take pictures during the show? Yes, you are welcome to take photos and Boomerangs. However, recording of comedians’ performances or content is not permitted.
  2. Can I purchase tickets at the door? While we allow ticket purchases at the door, we recommend buying tickets in advance to ensure availability and secure better seating, especially for popular shows.
  3. Do you offer group reservations or private events? We currently do not offer private event bookings. For group reservations, please contact us to discuss availability.

  5. Is parking available at the venue? Yes, ample parking is available at the Levels Hotel Complex to ensure convenience for all guests.
  6. 19. What’s the policy on heckling or disruptions?
    We aim to create an enjoyable experience for everyone. Heckling, disruptive behavior, or harassment of performers or audience members is not tolerated and may lead to removal from the venue without a refund.
